Renovation of a mixed-use development in Niles, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of September 23, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Work includes adding (2) rooftop units to the gym and (1) to the auditorium for heating & cooling. The existing roof structures will need to be modified to support the new rooftop units. Selective demolition of existing roof & existing mechanical equipment. New duct work will be required above the drop ceiling in the gym. Much of the existing duct work will be reused at the Auditorium. Integration of new equipment controls with the schools existing building management system.
