The Office of Mental Health and the Nathan Kline Institute is seeking competitive bids to improve the steam system at the facility. Work to be performed at Nathan Kline Institute, 140 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY 10962. The facility has experienced multiple failure within the steam distribution system serving the building. These failures need to be corrected to ensure proper and safe operation of the building and its staff. If interested, an optional site visit will be conducted prior to submitting a bid proposal. Pursuant to New York State Finance Law section 139-J and 139-K, the Procurement Lobby Act applies to this solicitation.
