Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Bidder agrees to Substantially Complete project Work by July 24, 2022 and shall have no more than seven (7) days to complete all items on the Punch List and achieve Final Completion Project consists of repair of the ADA ramp at entrance 4. The exiting concrete landing will be removed and replaced. The ramp will remain. The existing guardrail will be removed and replaced, and a handrail will be added along the wall. Minor electric work will be done to the existing door opener actuator and card reader. Both door actuators will be replaced with new
