Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Union City, Tennessee. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of April 11, 2022, the project was cancelled. The city of Union city is accepting bids for providing Concrete & Installation for Curb & Gutters, Sidewalks, Driveways, and ADA Handicapped Ramps for construction projects within the city limits of Union Citys jurisdiction.
