City of Victor, Idaho is soliciting Letters of Interest (LOI) and Statements of Qualifications (SOQ's) from professional engineering service firms to fill a roster of individual firms capable of providing various professional engineering services to assist the City in completing select engineering and capital improvement projects over $50,000. This RFQ is not for a specific project. It may be utilized to secure professional services under a Master Agreement via individual Task Order Agreements for projects that are either City-funded or funded by other public agencies where the agency does not require an alternative selection process. Services will be obtained on an as-needed basis, and the City makes no representations as to the actual amount of service, if any, to be obtained from any particular firm The selected firm(s) will be required to work closely with the City Planning and Public Works Departments in a team environment in order to gain familiarity with the City's infrastructure, and understand City expectations and standards. The City, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 US.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, notifies all bidders that it will ensure that disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin.
