Project Description: Victor Public Works Facility is a 10,491 SF Pre-engineered metal building that consists of commercial office space, and shop area intended for use by City of Victor public works employees. The pre-engineered metal building system has been awarded to Teton West under a previous solicitation. Teton West will be performing the following scopes of work under their contract, and we are not receiving bids for the following scopes of work: Concrete (Building & Site) Overhead doors Exterior doors, frames & hardware Metal Siding Roofing Awnings Exterior insulation Roof insulation Windows QUESTIONS/RFI'S: Questions are due by close of business on Thursday, May 11 th .
