Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Victor, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
The Project consists of constructing a new pathway and pedestrian curb ramps on the west side of State Highway 31, and installing truncated domes on the Baseline Road pathway, as identified by the plans. Buy America is a requirement for this project. Each bidder must have a Public Works Contractors License in the State of Idaho prior to bid opening in accordance with Idaho law. All contractors and subcontractors performing work on the Project shall comply with Davis-Bacon wages applicable to the project and in effect at the time of bid is due.
