The City of Broken Arrow invites sealed bids for Senior Center Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E), in accordance with the provisions, specifications and bidding instructions set forth in this invitation for bid.This specification covers furnishing and delivery, touch-up and repair or replacement of the items specified to the facility, unloading, assembling, leveling, completely installing and removing all crating, wrapping, etc. from the premises. Storage, loading, and unloading at the jobsite is the sole responsibility of the successful Vendor on items involved. Furnishings are to be distributed and placed in the individual buildings and rooms as designated in specifications and/or on floor plans. Temporary wall and floor protection shall be utilized while transporting furniture. All packaging and waste material incurred from unloading, unpacking, assembling, and installing shall be disposed of offsite and is the responsibility of the Vendor. The coordination of all unloading and installation activities to be established through the Owner's Representative. Include all costs associated with freight, delivery, handling, and installation as a separate line item. Assume all responsibility and costs complying with Federal, State, and Local regulations for Equal Opportunity Employment, Anti-Discrimination, Safety, and other regulations. Include pricing for alternate installation scenario if Owner requests Vendor/Dealer to store furnishings for up to 45 days past installation due date if facility is not in a condition ready to receive furnishings. Include payment terms in proposal describing any and all deposits required for production to begin.
