REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: o Replace weathered and damaged braces.
o Replace weathered and damaged decking on element 3.
o Replace weathered and warped pole cap boards.
o Sand flaking pole and install firehose over large checks.
o Stain 25' x7' wall with TWP
o Replace rope climb ropes (Qty: 4), 1.5" HempX
o Replace railroad tie border / edging w/ 35' Poles (minimum 5" diameter poles); move existing railroad ties to consolidated pile on border of obstacle course property.
o Supply and spread 5" of black rubber mulch in an approximately 30'x30' area of mulch under the 5 tallest elements that have a fall potential greater than 5'.
o Replace firehose wrapping on 13 horizontal spars. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS The contractor shall ensure adherence to personnel security requirements in accordance with DoD 5200.2, DoD Personnel Security Program, DoD 5200.1-r, DoD Personnel Security Program, and DoD 5200.1R, DoD Information Security Program Regulation.

The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, with the corresponding size standard of $16.5 M. In order to make a determination for a small business set-aside, two or more qualified and capable small businesses must submit responses that demonstrate their qualifications. Responses must demonstrate the company's ability to perform in accordance with the Limitations on Subcontracting clause (FAR 52.219-14).
