Replacement of Exit/Entrance Doors At City Hall The City of Tonasket is requesting proposals from contractors to install new double automatic sliding doors on the main entrance at City Hall Tonasket, Washington. The City reserves the right to reject any or all quotes. o Include WA State Prevailing Wage and complete/submit all necessary documents. o Include City of Tonasket 8.5% sales tax. o Include permit fees required by the City of Tonasket Building Department. o The doors should be double sliding doors comparable to or equal to the Stanley Dura-Glide 2000 automatic sliding door. o Dark Bronze Anodized o Double Bi-part doors o Sensor operation o Alternate Locking options o Energy Efficient o The quote is to include all work for removing and disposing the old doors and installing new doors, including any electrical work. o Work will be done per 2018 IBC and local codes. o Bid to be submitted on your own form. o Must be licensed and bonded. o Inspect existing door location to verify work not included above.
