B-057C, B-058C, B-059C AND B-060C OF 2020/21 MBE Range: 15%-20% WBE Range: 10%-15% 1.The exterior site work includes repairs to the exiting storm drainage system, sidewalk replacement, site fencing and gates repair / replacement, asphalt paving restoration, landscaping, playground painting, and pavement removal and replacement in coordination with new perimeter drainage piping, exterior stairs, and window wells. Existing exterior steps will also be repaired. The main building interior renovations include new finishes, new and / or refinished doors, frames, and hardware throughout all classroom, support, and circulation spaces. Select areas will be reconfigured to provide new specialty classrooms and new accessible student toilet rooms. A new commercial kitchen and kitchen support space will be provided and connected to the Gymateria with a new ramp and steps. 3. The main building exterior renovations include new roofing systems and associated roof accessories. The main building will undergo masonry facade repair work including lintel replacement, cleaning and repointing of masonry, and new coatings. Windows will be replaced throughout the facade. 4. The LSH exterior renovations include new roofing systems, and associated roof accessories as well as concrete repair work. Windows will be replaced throughout the facade. 5. The main building will have new heating and air-conditioning systems, including new boilers, pumps, and associated piping. New rooftop HVAC equipment is to be installed with steel support structures. 6. The main building will have new plumbing fixtures will replace existing fixtures. New hot water heaters, domestic water booster pumps, domestic hot and cold water piping, sanitary and storm piping are to be installed as indicated on drawings. New PGW gas service and new gas booster pumps and associated gas piping to new kitchen, plumbing and HVAC equipment. 7. The main building renovations include new LED luminaires and controls, exit signs, and exterior lighting. A new electrical service, including new switch gear, new panels and feeders, and an outdoor diesel generator will be provided. All branch circuit wiring and electrical devices will be replaced throughout the building. New network infrastructure cabling and devices are to be installed throughout the building. A new wireless clock system and security cameras and motion detectors will be installed throughout the building. 8. LSH building renovations include new plumbing fixtures will replace existing fixtures, a new toilet room radiant panel, new LED luminaires and controls, new wiring and electrical devices, new infrastructure cabling and devices, new wireless clocks, and speakers.
