Renovation of a museum in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 18,000-square-foot museum.
Separate Bids are requested for the National Museum of Industrial History 2nd Floor Phase 2A: Exterior Envelope Improvements: Roof, Windows, Facade Work includes approximately 18,000 sf of re-roofing the existing roof, upgrading the windows on the 2nd Floor, and overall masonry and joint sealant repairs to the facade. Work is intended to be bid as the following Prime Contracts: BP-01: Roofing (Sealed Bids) BP-02: Window Upgrades (upload proposal) BP-03: Masonry (upload proposal). The project is being funded through two separate grants, RACP and GROW NORCO, and the grant guidelines will apply to the project. Upon receipt and opening of the bids, the National Museum of Industrial History (NMIH) reserves the right to hold the Bids for up to a period of thirty (30) days thereafter before making the Award. NMIH reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, with or without cause, or to waive or permit cure of any minor deficiency or irregularity in accordance with Pennsylvania law.
