Site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in New Brighton, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the addition of a 4,997-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
City of New Brighton Project 21-10, New Brighton Public Works Maintenance Facility Addition and Remodeling Sealed proposals for furnishing of the necessary labor, materials, and equipment for the demolition of a portion of the existing building and construction of a 1-story addition including all architectural, structural, civil, mechanical and electrical requirements. Plus miscellaneous and incidental work, all in accordance with the plans and specifications, All proposals shall be made on forms similar to those attached to and made a part of the proposed contract documents, and shall be addressed to: Craig Schlichting, P.E. City Engineer City of New Brighton 803 - Old Highway 8 NW New Brighton, Minnesota 55112 No bids may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of opening of bids. The right is reserved to accept any bid, or to reject any or all bids. Project No. 2022-115, 20579 Addendum #1-#4 have been issued as of 8-15-2022.
