The City of Hesperia, hereinafter referred to as City, is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors, hereinafter referred to as Bidder, to perform road striping and pavement marking services. Bidders are not permitted to communicate with other City staff or officials about this RFB, except for during pre-bid meetings, demonstrations, and/or interviews, unless otherwise directed by the Contact.
