The contractor awarded work shall be required to furnish an acceptable surety bond in the full amount of the contract. Ball State University reserves the right to reject any bids or all bids, to make any combination thereof, to waive any informality therein, and to return any unopened bids received after the time fixed herein. MBE 8% WBE 10% VBE 3% Commence on site work onthe May 23, 2022 and Substantially Complete the Work by the August 12, 2022.
