Renovation of a museum in Washington, District of Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

Proposal must be submitted using the attached bid schedule and Multi Year Language Document. The proposal must be in compliance with the Davis-Bacon Wage Act and the firms IDIQ contract. The Small Business Certification must be included with the proposal, the form must be signed and dated and returned with the proposal The Smithsonian reserves the right to request all estimates from subcontractors, suppliers and the prime contractor supported by back up documents showing man-hours, wage rates, material quantities, and material unit costs. This is a competitive effort; award will be based on the lowest total proposal. Award of this project is contingent upon funding and is at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The range of this project is $4.0M to $5.M
