Southwest Valley High School Boiler and Gym Equipment Pre Purchase Bids shall be submitted for multiple contracts that will include the procurement of the following equipment: o Air Handling Unit and Condensing Unit o Boilers o Pumps Commencement of the Work on the project shall be subject to the discretion of Corning Community School District. The Bidder shall state on the Proposal Form the time in calendar days, from date of "Notice of Award" Bidder guarantees delivery of equipment. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or reject any or all bids when, in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interests of the Owner. Commencement of the Work will be at the Owner's discretion. Bids shall be submitted in duplicate on forms issued by the Architect. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ten (10) days after the opening of bids without written consent of the Owner
