Proposals will be reviewed by a committee and evaluated as follows: Proposed Cost - 59%, References - 5%, Quality of the proposer's good and services - 10%, Extent to which the services meet the district's needs - 10%, Past Experience with the District - 10%, HUB certification Verification - 1%, and Long Term cost to the District to acquire the vendor's services - 5%. Once the proposals have been ranked, and a successful proposer submitted to the governing body for approval, the results will be made available to interested parties.
