TCHC's intent is to have the make-up air (MUA) and exhaust fans operating at optimal performance, improve air circulation and discharge tempered air through the buildings as well as controlling the dust particles in the townhouses and in-suite units. This work is categorized as Preventative Maintenance. Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking two (2) Vendors for the provision of duct and vent cleaning - preventative maintenance and demand repairs. TCHC's portfolio is divided into two (2) groups. IT is TCHC's intent to award two (2) Vendors one (1) group each. The deliverable has been separated into two (2) groups as follows Group Operating Units 1 OUC, D, E, F, J, K, M and O 2 OUF, H, I, L, N, P, and Q The agreement will be for three (3) years with an option in favour of TCHC to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year each.
