As of August 31, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. A bid security shall accompany each bid in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. Bid security shall be in the form of cash, a bid bond with corporate surety or a certified check (with no exceptions) payable to County of Mercer drawn on a bank authorized to do business in Pennsylvania. Further, the successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for performance and payment bonds and proof of insurance. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof to waive any informality.
