Site work for a water / sewer project in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project involves the furnish and installation of about 11,000 LF of 8-inch ductile iron water main and 115 service renewals in five (plus unspecified) project areas throughout the North Penn Water Authority service area. Projects included are: Acorn Street; Lansdale Borough; Poplar Street, Lansdale Borough; West 8th Street, Lansdale Borough; Ridge Street, Lansdale Borough; Line Street, Lansdale Borough; and at least three unspecified locations. The Contract is scheduled for final completion and closeout by October 7, 2022. The Contract with mutual consent can extended to December 30, 2022, to complete unspecified projects. Minimum Bidder Qualifications: 1. Must have completed a minimum of three (3) projects of similar scope of work involving in town main installation with a Contract Value of at least $300,000 in value in the last five (5) years. 2.
