Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Bids from parties not present at the meeting and site visit will not be accepted. This project generally consists of the conversion of the existing Chlorine Contact Tank (T-17) to install an ultraviolet disinfection system. Ultraviolet disinfection (UV) system equipment will be purchased by the Owner on Costars and turned over to the contractor for installation. There will be two alternate bid items. Alternate A is to replace four (4) existing slide gates, where noted, in the Denitrification & Aerated Stabilization Tanks T-11 T-14. Alternate B is to remove the vacuum filter equipment, in its entirety, that is located in the vacuum filter room in the Control Building. Owner: BOROUGH OF LANSDALE Wastewater Treatment Plant 652 W. Furnace Street, Suite 200 , Birdsboro, PA 19508 Questions will be accepted until 2:00 PM, prevailing time, on Thursday, March 24, 2022. All questions must be submitted through PennBid. The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. The Borough of Lansdale hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid
