Site work for a road / highway in Coquitlam, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The City requests proposals from qualified, experienced companies to provide force account rates for provision of labour, equipment, and overhead and all that is necessary for providing fill and preloading along Cedar Drive in Coquitlam. The sources, quantities, and schedule for the work will vary depending on the availability of the fill. The City's objective is to utilize fill from offsite excavations as much as possible, as long as the fill meets the geotechnical requirements. The City is seeking to hire a contractor on a "time and materials" basis and to assist the City with sourcing fill and to manage the placement and compaction of suitable fill for this project, and to work collaboratively with the City on the project. Questions are to be submitted in writing quoting the RFP number and name up to 3 business days before the Closing Date sent to email: bid@coquitlam.ca The City reserves the right to accept Proposals received after the Closing Date and Time.
