Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
The Work of this Contract, designated Contract D60-23 Russell Carhouse, Track and Yard Overhaul, consists, in general terms, of the supply of all labour, equipment and materials for removals, upgrades and modifications to various areas and systems of the Tracks and Yard, replacement of the existing Yard tracks, rails and special trackwork for the vehicle storage areas of the Yard, together with other exterior work such as, installation of Storm Water collection and management system, Fire Mains valves and pipes, OCS Poles and pole foundations, Electrical Duct Banks and electrical pull chambers, and track lubricator systems, all as outlined in the Contract Documents. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Substantial Performance of the Work shall be within 950 Days from the date of Notification of Award. Notification of Award shall occur no earlier than June 24, 2022.
