The contract awarded will be written for a maximum total agreement amount of $19,000.00. The Contractor will be required to perform services at the rates identified on Attachment 4, Bid Cost Sheet (Attachment 4). The number of units identified on Attachment 4 are an estimate only and not a guarantee of number of units to be provided and reimbursed for under the contract. The total Basis of Award Amount on Attachment 4 will be used for award purposes only to establish lowest cost. The Office of Spill Prevention and Response (OSPR), Laboratory Program generates hazardous waste (solvents, chemicals, contaminated samples, expired analytical standards, etc.) as part of their spill response and routine work preparing and analyzing environmental samples. State and Federal hazardous waste regulations are enforced by the California Department of Toxic Substances Control which requires hazardous waste generators to regularly dispose of hazardous waste using licensed hazardous waste contractors. To fulfill these requirements, the Contractor will furnish all labor, containers, profile fees, label(s), preparation of manifest(s), packing, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste materials. The services will be performed at OSPR, Petroleum Chemistry Laboratory, located at 1995 Nimbus Road, Rancho Cordova, California 95670 and the Water Pollution Control Laboratory located at 2005 Nimbus Road, Rancho Cordova, California 95670.
