Site work for a water / sewer project in Port Carling, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
- Removal and disposal of existing docks to be the responsibility of the Contractor. - Install a Permanent Shore Crib to support the new dock system. Shore Crib to be a minimum of 6' wide x 6' long. Location of Shore Crib to be approved by the Facilities Maintenance Foreman. - Ramp to dock to be a minimum of 6' wide x 12' long. Frame must be constructed with a light weight but durable material such as Aluminum for easy removal during the off Season. - Each section of dock to be 8'x20' (2) and have a minimum of 18" round diameter x 5/8" HDPE Pontoons with a lifetime warranty (25 years). - Weights to hold the dock in place must weigh a minimum of 250lbs. each and use a durable and rust resistant anchor line. Minimum of 2 anchors per dock section. - All material used for the dock system to be Sienna Brown Pressure Treated lumber.
