Site work and paving for a road / highway in Waimea, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
** This project has been awarded to Jas. W. Glover Ltd. in the amount of $188,225. ** Paving Project for State Tree Nursery, Kamuela, Hawaii Area to pave: 32,000 square feet with 2 inches of pavement and basing Scope of work: Contractor will provide all prep work including cutting a straight line on existing pavement before joining new pavement, all needed base course and pavement for the above listed area. The area to be paved is an active plant nursery. Coordination with staff will be required so plants can be moved and maintained during paving operations. Pavement must have proper slope for drainage. Location: State Tree Nursery 66-1220A Lalamilo Road Kamuela, Hawaii, 96743 Timeline: Work must be completed, billed, and paid by end of September 2022 Additional Requirements: 1. Provide proof of appropriate Contractor's License for the work as described. 2. Provide Bid Bond pursuant to State of Hawaii procurement regulations. 3. Selected contractor will provide proof of Commercial Liability Insurance listing the State of Hawaii as additional insured. 4. Selected contractor will provide Performance Bond and Labor & Material Bond for the processing of a Purchase Order. 5. Vendor must be HCE compliant to qualify for selection. 6.
