The scope of work consists of storm drain pipeline cleaning services including Close-Circuit Television (CCTV) inspection of the cleaned pipeline at locations on the Island of Oahu. More information is in the attached specification, including project requirements and qualifications. Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Tano, Jacklord C. CONTRACT TIME: Twelve (12) months from the date indicated on the Notice to Proceed from the Department. If the required security or bond amount totals over one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00), more than one instrument not exceeding one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) each and issued by different financial institutions shall be acceptable. According to Section 103D-323, HRS, the above shall be in a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. Performance bond is required for the first year of this project. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals for the best interest of the public.
