Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Waimea, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of 7/27/2022 project has not yet been awarded. No timeline for award has been established** Project work consists of renovating the existing comfort station, repair of signage, replacement of pathway and water fountain, install landscape and irrigation system, and relocation of existing electrical meter. The work shall generally consist of the following: Renovation and reroofing of the existing comfort station. Repair of the existing Kiosk / Signage near the parking lot. Replacement of a crushed coral pathway around the existing fort and statue. Replacement of the existing water fountain near the comfort station. Removal and replacement of the existing main park name sign Installation of landscaping and irrigation Relocation of the existing electrical meter Replacement of crushed coral pathway with concrete. 2. Resurfacing and restriping the existing parking lot. 3. Installation of new interpretive signage along the coral / concrete walkway. 4. Installation of a boardwalk and viewing platform at the existing fort entrance. 5. Installation of additional landscaping and irrigation.
