The center sits along the water and features an outdoor patio with a grill and picnic seating. A certified check, cashier's check, bank officer's check, or bid bond for Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), made payable to the City of Dania Beach shall accompany each proposal. All bid prices shall be guaranteed firm for a minimum of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the submission of the bid. No bidder may withdraw a bid within ninety (90) calendar days after the bid opening date. Due to age and use, it is in need of various upgrades and improvements to modernize the site and create a suitable work space for City staff. The City has allocated $250,000 for the design and construction of this project. The budget for design and construction for this project is $200,000.
