This is a Time and Materials (T&M) solicitation for the installation, repair, and service of Lenel OnGuard Access System and Milestone XProtect Video System and related products and services. It is the intent of the University of Nebraska (UNO/UNMC campuses) and Nebraska Medicine to place the item(s) specified on a contract effective May 1, 2022 to expire April 30, 2023 subject to the availability of funds. The quantities if given are an estimate based on annual usage, and may vary according to use. A contract will be issued. Upon completion of this contract the University and the successful bidder may renegotiate for contract renewal for two (2) additional periods of twelve (12) months each subject to the availability of funds. The University reserves the right to get several quotes on large projects to take full advantage of pricing and services.
