Continuing Contract for Professional Services Solid Waste Management In accordance with Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, Citrus County, Florida ("County") is requesting interested firms to submit Statement of Qualifications providing qualifications and experience with various professional Engineering services associated with Solid Waste Management. The consultant(s) selected should also be able to provide the services sub-noted within the discipline either through in-house services or with sub-consultants. Respondents shall demonstrate in their Response that they meet the following minimum requirements. If any Respondent is found not to meet these requirements, their Response will be rejected. o Firms and personnel within those firms shall be qualified and meet requirements for the professional discipline for which they are applying. o Firms shall be registered with the State of Florida to conduct business in the State. o Key Personnel within the firm shall possess a valid and current professional license or certification issued by the State of Florida for the professional discipline for which they are applying. o Firms must have been in the business of providing professional services for the discipline(s) for which they are applying for a minimum of five (5) years. If a Firm has a history of less than five years, the principal individual within the Firm must demonstrate that they were previously employed with another a firm who provides professional services for the discipline(s) for which they are applying for a minimum of five (5) years in order to meet this minimum requirement. o Key Personnel within the Firm must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in their discipline of expertise. o Project Managers proposed by the Firm must have a minimum of three (3) years of project management experience. o Sub-consultants and sub-contractors that Firms may propose must also meet the above minimum requirements. o Firms must be able to respond to certain scope of work-related service requests within 24 hours of notification from the Solid Waste Management Division.
