Renovation of the interior staircase - 041167439 ADDRESS : 755 Brault Street, Verdun (Quebec) H4H 2B3 PROJECT DESCRIPTION : The works consist of the repair of the flight and the landing of the staircase which leads to the ground floor and the installation of a new wall, a new steel door with glass and a closed window, fire break for ensure the integrity of the stairwell at ground floor and basement level. They also include the renovation of the caretaker's room, slab on the ground and the tank at the bottom of the floor and the installation of a new fire-resistant wooden door in the basement. In addition, the replacement of a section of PVC flooring with welded joints in the upstairs hallway and the installation of new metal lockers. No other visit will be made and bidders may not, under any circumstances, present themselves on the premises at any time other than the date and time set for the site visit . Bidders are responsible for informing themselves and adequately assessing the nature and scope of the work, as well as being aware of the locations and conditions affecting the performance of the work. All bidders will be deemed to have visited the premises and no claim for lack of knowledge of the premises can be submitted or accepted. The owner does not undertake to accept any of the submissions received. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
