The roof will be separated into eight basins with a new drain for each. The separation will go as far as the existing concrete deck crossing the attic. They also include the replacement of all the goosenecks; replacing the ladder giving access to the roof and the one giving access to the chimney. In addition, the addition of a PVC membrane traffic sidewalk for access to equipment. Bidders are responsible for informing themselves and adequately assessing the nature and scope of the work, as well as being aware of the locations and conditions affecting the performance of the work. All bidders will be deemed to have visited the premises and no claim for lack of knowledge of the premises can be submitted or accepted. The owner does not undertake to accept any of the submissions received. Performance bond and obligation bond for wages, materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
