o Install Highland tank stairs and platform assembly.
o Remove the existing fuel island, including two (2) fuel pumps, one (1) Petrovend Fuel Management System, light pole, drive pad, electrical conduit and wiring, all underground piping from the existing island back to the fuel tanks, perform soil sampling with PID during the entire course of excavation and removal.
o Also include soil sampling, third-party lab analysis and New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Closure Report.
o Empty the existing fuel tanks and transfer the unused "good" fuel to the new tanks.
o *Please quote cleaning tanks 002-3000 Gas to 003-6000 Diesel with tank cleaning certificate as customer may opt to sell tanks. Also include a separate line for them removal, cut, clean, transport and disposal of tanks 002-3000 Gas and 003-6000 Diesel.
o Contractor is to supply and install new conduit, explosion proof junction boxes and wiring to new fuel island, including pump power, fuel management power, communication and lighting.
o Install a 14' x 36' x 8" 4,000 PSI rebar reinforced concrete tank pad.
o Install 12' x 36' x 8" 4,000 PSI rebar reinforced concrete drive pad.
o Set new custom supplied Highland 10,000 gallon split above-ground storage tank..
o Install two (2) remote fills, including piping.
o Install tank accessories on two (2) tanks.
o Install two (2) fuel dispenser pans.
o Re-install two (2) existing fuel dispensers, including piping and electric.
o Re-install existing Petrovend Fuel Management System.
o Start-up system, test and bring system to full operation.
o Supply and install 22 6" x 8' galvanized steel filled with concrete bollards
