Specific work items to be covered by this contract are listed below: 1. Replacement of Well Pump and Motor. a. 5 hp, 480vac 3phase 3,450 RPM Deep Well Submersible SS motor b. Stainless Steel Deep Well Submersible Pump head, minimum 30 gpm @ 350ft. c. Electrical wiring, splice kit, etc. 2. Piping installation a. Re-install the existing 2" galvanized water pipe b. Install or replace the existing 2" check valve (if necessary) Magnitude of Construction Is Less Than $25,000.00.
