The Village of Winnetka is accepting sealed bids from properly qualified firms to provide fire alarm and sprinkler system inspection and preventative maintenance services as well on-call repair services to these same systems at various Village facilities. Bid Bond 10% No Pre-Bid Conference Available If any prospective bidder has questions about this Request for Bids, contact Anthony Vasquez, Assistant Finance Director via email only at avasquez@winnetka.org no later than April 29, 2022. If this Contract is accepted, Bidder proposes and agrees that Bidder shall perform the Work diligently and continuously and shall complete the Work by May 31, 2025. The proposed contract is for a period of thirty-six (36) months with an option to extend, at the Village's discretion, an additional two (2) years. The Village of Winnetka reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids received and waive any and all technicalities. Owner reserves the right to make clarifications, corrections, or changes in this Request for Contract Proposals at any time prior to the time proposals are opened. All bidders or prospective bidders will be informed of said clarifications, corrections, or changes The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids and reduce the work scope due to budgetary constraints at any time at its sole discretion. The Village also reserves the right to award individual sections of the bid to the lowest bidder at its sole discretion. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, reserves the right to reject the low price proposal, and reserves such other rights as are set forth in the Instructions to Bidders.
