Provide labor and materials to: 1) Remove 2 Thunderhead Climbers, Mini Summit Climber, and Wiggle Ladder as shown on plan. 2) Remove other damaged playground parts as recommended. 3) Saw cut footers for removed items so they do not interfere with new concrete slabs. 4) Pour concrete slabs as shown on plan and in accordance with details. 5) Surface mount new equipment items to new concrete slabs in accordance with manufacturer's installation instructions. Equipment list is on document CPS22INT1-EL. 6) Install new poured in place surfacing over affected areas with adequate critical fall height for playground equipment, 4' high critical fall height. a. 50% Standard Color/50% Black Speckled Mix. b. Contractor is to provide Field Testing as needed. c. Contractor crew is to remove and dispose of existing surface. d. Contractor crew is to ensure proper drainage to sewers as needed. e. Installation of surfacing system shall occur only when minimum ambient temperatures are 50 degrees or above throughout the day and overnight. 7) Install replacement parts as noted on plans. 8) Refer to plans, drawings, and documents for information. a.
