Only the pre-qualified Architectural and Engineering firms pre-approved by the Board of Trustees of City Colleges of Chicago can participate in this Request for LOIs process. Work shall include but not be limited to a condition assessment identifying all major repair and replacement requirements for the parking lots, related infrastructure and landscaping, integration of green infrastructure & permeable concepts, cost analysis, design, and construction professional services of the parking lots noted below.
