2022 Urban Road Maintenance District Slurry Seal Project This Bid Will Be for the Washington County Urban Road Maintenance District (U.r.m.d.). Special and Technical Provisions of This Bid Document Apply to Washington County and U.r.m.d. Where the Word County, Department or Agency Is Used. The Work to Be Done Under This Contract Consists of the Following in Washington County: o Implement Temporary Traffic Control and Temporary Pollution Control Measures o Trim Vegetation Adjacent to and Above the Roadway Related to Contract Operations o Place Crack Seal o Place Type Ii Slurry Seal o Place Painted Longitudinal Pavement Markings o Place Other Pavement Markings and Markers as Required o Additional and Incidental Work as Called for by the Specifications the Contractor Shall Complete All Work to Be Done Under the Contract for 159th Ave, 174th Ave, 175th Terr, 124th Ave, 178th Ave, 186th Ave, 199th Ct, 201st Ave, 203rd Ave, 204th Ave, Benny Dr, Columbia Ave, Hartford St, Jay St, Madeline St, Marcile Ln, Oviatt St, Raleighwood Ln, Sandra Ln, Stacey St, Taylor St, Wagner Ln, and West Haven All Work on the Remaining Roads Is to Be Completed No Later Than September 15, 2022. a Bid Bond on the County's Bid Guaranty Form, Irrevocable Letter of Credit Issued by an Insured Institution as Defined in Ors 706.008, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check, of at Least Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid. The Project Cost Range Is $500,000 - $1,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
