Renovation of a library in Delta, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
For the replacement of nine rooftop units at the Ladner Pioneer Library, 4683 - 51 Street, Delta, BC. The work generally consists of the removal and disposal of nine rooftop units and installation of nine rooftop units at the Ladner Pioneer Library. The Ladner Pioneer Library is currently operating in full capacity and it is envisioned that the replacement of the rooftop units be completed in three phases to accommodate the operation of the library. Work phases are as follows: Demolish unit AC-2, AC-5 and AC-6, install new units and make functional of the new units Demolish unit AC-8, AC-10 and AC-11, install new units and make functional of the new units Demolish unit AC-9, AC-12 and AC-15, install new units and make functional of the new units
