Renovation of a mixed-use development in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of April 25, 2022 this project has been awarded to Precision Commercial Services with award amount of $687,144.72** Electrical for Portable Building Moves This work shall consist of, but not limited to stripping the floor wax and reapplying five (5) coats of floor wax. The classroom furniture will be moved by Rutherford County Schools personnel. Rutherford County School Board will provide all chemicals necessary to strip and wax the floors. Bidder shall furnish all the necessary materials, equipment, operators, and incidentals for the satisfactory completion of the work except for the chemicals which will be supplied by RCBOE. All equipment shall be maintained in good working condition at all times. All equipment shall meet the requirements as set forth by OSHA. The vendor shall reimburse the Rutherford County Board of Education for any damage to their property caused by the vendor's work procedures or personnel. In addition, Rutherford County Board of Education reserves the right to pursue claims for damages through any and all legal remedies available.
