DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the work to include grading, drainage and paving improvements for the Parking Lot. The contractor shall improve the safety and convenience of the Parking Lot by removing the existing gravel and placing new aggregate base, concrete pavement, curbs, gutter, sidewalks, pavement striping, drainage structures, light poles, and signs. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract and specifications.
