The San Francisco Estuary Partnership (SFEP) through the Clean Vessel Act Grant Program, is requesting a study on the economic impacts of having a sewage pumpout installed at a marina. The environmental benefits of having an on-site functioning sewage pumpout for boaters to manage sewage is well-understood, but the economic impact to marinas is not well-understood. SFEP would like to identify these impacts to further entice reluctant marina owners into installing pumpouts for transient vessels. Questions Due Date: Apr 14th 2022, 4:00 PM PDT June 17, 2022 - Anticipated Contract Approval SFEP expects the work to commence on or about May 20, 2022, and to be completed no later than November 30, 2022. This contract is funded by a grant in which funding expires November 30, 2022. Not extensions in performance of work will be made. ABAG reserves the right to accept or reject all proposals submitted, waive minor irregularities, request additional information, or revisions to offers, and negotiate with any or all Proposers. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
