The Board of Commissioners of Upson County (the "Board") is seeking a qualified company to perform Spray Injection Road Patching/Pothole Repair Services on roads maintained by the Upson County Road Department and located within Upson County, GA on an as needed basis. Contract Terms The term of the awarded contract will be for one year. Services are to be provided on a fixed daily rate. Contractor needs to provide their definition of "daily rate" and clearly outline what services, materials, equipment will be provided including, but not limited to, the following: 1. Number of operators 2. Number of man hours included in rate. Note: Hours should not include downtime to resupply patcher. 3. Hours of operation 4. Description of equipment to be used 5. Hauling capacity of spray patcher 6. Volume (tons) of materials included 7. Approximate number and size of potholes that can be repaired
