THE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES COMMISSION OF NEW JERSEY REQUEST FOR BIDS The Educational Services Commission of New Jersey, Piscataway, New Jersey, hereby advertises for competitive bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21 Bidders shall be prequalified by the New Jersey Division Property Management and Construction in the trade category the wish to bid upon as listed below: C047 ELECTRICAL CO32 H.V.A.C. CO30 - PLUMBING All bids must be submitted to the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey in a sealed envelope, marked "SEALED BID #ESCNJ 21/22-30 or ESCNJ 21/22-37 or ESCNJ 22/23-05" on the front of the envelope/package. Respondents should be able to provide products and services to ESCNJ Co-op Members located in Burlington and Ocean Counties in the State of New Jersey. Our Co-op currently has 1,400+ members located throughout the State. Specifications and any corrections or addenda will be sent to interested Bidders after they register online. We will conduct the bid opening via a virtual meeting and the meeting invitation will be sent to all of those that register and posted on our website for the public to view. The ESCNJ wants to assure the safety of all. All documents that have a notary requirement must be submitted with the bid but if you are unable to have those documents notarized before the bid opening, we will grant leniency in that you may submit those same documents with the notary requirement before the bid award. The Educational Services Commission of New Jersey reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to waive any formalities or irregularities in any bids, and to accept the bids which, in its discretion, within State law, are for the best interest of the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the deadline. NO BIDS SHALL BE RECEIVED AFTER THE TIME DESIGNATED IN THE ADVERTISEMENT. (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(B)). THE DURATION OF THE BID WILL BE FOR ONE YEAR WHEN IN AGREEMENT TO DO SO BY BOTH THE AWARDED VENDOR AND THE ESCNJ. All respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq., Affirmative Action Against Discrimination and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et. seq. An Initial Project Workforce Report may be required from the successful contractor. (Form AA-201). New Jersey Business Registration Certification is required for all bids as well as the Political Contribution Disclosure Form. Statement of Ownership Requirement: Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2, Bidders shall submit a statement setting forth the names and addresses of all persons and entities that own ten percent or more of its stock or interest of any type at all levels of ownership.
