Renovation of a municipal facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work generally consists of removing the roof membrane and insulation under the cooling tower and installing a new roof that is properly sloped towards the drains. Also included in this work would be polyurethane patches around each of the 42 roof drains, and polyurethane patches along the top edge of all vertical flashing. To be eligible to submit a Bid, the Bidder must possess valid State of Hawaii Contractor's C-42 license Roofing Contractor. Questions about This Solicitation: Must be received on HIePro by May 11, 2022 and will be answered on HIePro by May 16, 2022 Award is contingent on availability of funds. Contract start date will be contingent upon Notice to Proceed. Contract duration is 150 days from Notice to Proceed.
