The scope of this project and the objectives of the VA are as follows: a. Replace (2 each) 250-ton chillers and associated DDC controls. b. Replace (2 each) cooling towers c. Provide equipment connections to the emergency generator. d. Provide Structural upgrades /inspection for the enclosure, cooling tower, and chiller pad. e. Connect chillers, cooling towers, and respective pumps to emergency power branch. f. The project phasing will be limited to two phases. Phase I to include replacement of one chiller, cooling tower and respective pumps while connecting the same to emergency power branch. Phase II to include replacement of second chiller, cooling tower and respective pumps while connecting the same plus the existing chemical feed pumps to emergency power branch.
