Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jamestown, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists of modifying and constructing concrete structures such as curbs, gutters, brick pavement, sidewalks and driveway aprons as part of the partial reconstruction of a portion of Beechview Avenue within the City of Jamestown. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days of the date of the receipt of bids. Proposals are to be submitted on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Bids must be sealed in an envelope marked BID DOCUMENTS , project name, bidder s name and address, date and time of opening. The right to reject any and all bids, to waiver any inconsistencies in, or to make any award to other than the low bidder, should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Jamestown, and in accordance with the law, are herewith reserved. All work is performed at the highest of the State of New York, and the Federal Prevailing rates.
