Renovation of a municipal facility in Sussex, New Brunswick. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Door replacements. .2 Front Lobby Revisions for viewing window accomodations. .3 Fire Alarm Upgrade. .4 Exit Signage Upgrade. .5 Emergency Lighting Upgrade. .6 Security System Upgrades. .7 Access Control System Upgrades. .8 Demolition and removal of redudant systems, wiring, conduit and all ancillaries as required. .9 All cutting, patching & refinishing of floors, walls, ceilings contractor. All refinishing to match existing. .10 System commissioning shall be arranged to avoid disturbances to regular work hour operations and shall be coordinated as required with DTI, Owner and Engineer. .11 Coordination with others.
